i am Portsmouth. i am trying to sign cassio from psv and altidore from new york. i have two feeder clubs, havant & waterlooville in England and FC Sete in France. sete are not in a league and i cant send my players there. i want to send cassio and altidore there. do i need a feeder team in a league?

Why do you want to send them on loan? Did they not get WP's? If they have got WP's issued, then surely its better to keep them in your reserves and let them play in the reserve team games (since Sete are now in a league). Else send to your other feeder clubs who are in a league.

If you didnt get WP's for the 2 players, then I suppose you can always list them for loan and offer them to clubs on loan. Hopefully someone from Spain will come in for them.

As for your question about whether its allowed to send players on loan to feeder clubs that are not in a league, sorry not sure about that. But look in your "affiliates" section and see what the terms of your tie-up with Sete are. It might be that the tie-up doesnt include the option to send your players on loan to FC Sete. You'll come to know if you look in the affiliates area.
