I can sign him for this amount, but it's a whimsical buy, I don't really need him and would end up loaning him out. So will he develope into a good player, and will his value increase much?

(This is the Vasco Alex, oh, and I've already bought Lulinha)

he will be pretty much the same as lulinha, no big difference in their stats

He's a good investment. You'll profit from him if you end up selling him again, but he also develops into a good player.
