pick your tactics to suit the team you are with.

i.e. if you are a footballing team like Milan play short passing and slow tempo, and also narrow.

On the other hand if you have 2 extremely fast forwards yo will get the best from them playing direct football.

What ever mentalitys you got for never have your bar set too far either way. E.g. never have your mentality bar set almost full on attack. 2-3 clicks either way usually gets the job done.
