well u should try something yourself..not to copy everything u see,well i will tell u :
you make a text layer,you put a badge in the sig > ctrl + click on the text layer > click on badge layer > ctrl + shift + i > delete > delete text layer.. hope i helped

a better way to do it would be this, as it allows you to change the postioning and shit:

Have your text layer directly below the badge layer. Click on the badge layer and make it a clipping layer by pressing ctrl + G. Then you can still move it around whilst it onlys shows on the text!
