Get both and get rid of Abidal!

I'd get rid of:
Oleguer
Marquez
Gudjohnsen

Get a good solid CB instead of Oleguer. Djourou, Felipe, Zapata would be best.

Get a good DM instead of Marquez. Lucas from Liverpool is awesome. Mascherano is available on a free end of season 1. Banega too ofcourse but he'll take while to get into the first team. You need someone to cover until then. Veloso is amazing as well.

Gudjohnsen. Errm, yeah. Out. Get a versatile player instead of him. Someone like Higuain (if he'll come). If you can get Robin Van Persie from Arsenal. He'll play anywhere you want him to. Excellent. But obviously this depends on what season you're in. If Ronaldinho is still pretty young, then you dont need RVP.

I'd also suggest getting rid of either Iago or Mota. They are both good I know, but cant touch Dos Santos. And you have too many AMLC's! And while you can, I'd also get rid of either Xavi or Deco (I KNOW they're both excellent!). They are both getting pretty old and you'll never need so many AMC's or MC's! Iniesta is better than both of them imo. And much younger of course. It wont be terrible idea to get rid of both either as you can easily have Ronaldinho play in the centre and put Dos Santos out wide. Plenty of options to mess around with there.
