If he's spent a few years with Glentoran, though not exactly starting out LLM, he's slightly working his way into it. Give the lad a chance. It's not like you started out with it right away. He's only been a member of the boards for less than a month.
That said, Truegunner, I would advise you to read our forum headers, and we try to start out with a team in the lowest possible division in a country, which obviously Glentoran isn't. However, I don't think many LLaMas would be too against you getting your start with them. In the future, it's just better to start out with a team in the bottom division.
As long as you follow the basic ethos, which are talked about in the header, which is at the top of the main LLM page, you will get on just fine in here.

anyway I had spent a few year's at Glentoran before joining afc wimbledeon who at the time I came were bottom of the league!, I quickley turned them around and helped them finish 18th two places above reelegation, my new target is to get to the play-off's this season but them baord just want me to finish mid-table, I will update reguarly.
