1. Like others said, read the forum rules and playing guidelines and decide if LLM is for you. If yes, come back. If no, don't. It's your game, you play how you wish. Llamas will never tell anybody how to play the game but to post in LLM you need to observe and respect the LLM way of playing the game.

2. You want picture proof? Try reading some update threads. And if you think a large number of (mostly) mature people would lie about their success (or lackthereof) in a computer game on an internet forum, then you don't have much faith in people.

3. If you do decide LLM is for you and post here, learn some decent English and how to spell. We don't expect perfection, but a lot of llamas don't have English as their first language, so it's common decency to at least try and write your post in good quality English.
I know I don't have perfect English but at least I try and make my posts understandable, even if they don't make sense.

Every manager in real life has to start at the bottom and work his way up yes it can be grueling and hard but its part of the challage its no good rushing in playing as a premiership team there isnt any fun whille working your way up the leagues you and your club go through the highs and low of promotion and relagation yes the clubs have a smallier wage/transfer budget but its part of the learning curve of RL managers even jose morinho [SP] had to start his career at the bottom

You don't decide whether LLM's for you...it's the reverse.

You misunderstand, John...I don't mean the guys on here, I mean the whole LLM concept.

It's been said many times that LLM can't be switched on and off like a lightbulb, either you is, or you ain't.

You can tell a true LLaMa merely by what he posts.

Not all people like that play LLM, but all LLaMas are people like that.

I dont think i'll ever be a LLaMa tbh, as I enjoy FM in two ways

Firstly, the LLaMa way, where i'll play as a team from the lowest league possible, and i'll play as realistically as possible.

Secondly, the more traditional and popular way, where i'll play as a team from the highest possible league, and will all the unrealistic aspects that that brings, such as knowing who to sign etc..

I enjoy both depending on my mood, although I must say, I get far more satisfaction from my LLM saves than I do with my other saves. Weirdly, I also feel more "connected" with my LLM teams than I do with my top teams?

I am far less successful with my LLM saves though I have a long term ambition to get Vauxhall Motors to the Premiership, and I dont see that happening before FM2012 tbh

So I post here to read the opinions/successes/failures (Andy ) of like minded people, even is you lot are a lot "purer" than I am. However, this forum is also appealing due to the fact that there is far less "idiot" around here than anywhere else. Its actually a refreshing change to be on a gaming forum where you can engage in discussion with sensible adults, as opposed to petulant children.
