Have you ever actually tried to sign a player attached to an EPL club whilst in the conference regionals?

And you can assign your scouts to the reserve and youth competitions, so no need to trawl the lists yourself.

My scouts often find a healthy mix of potential signings from similar and lower ranked teams and a selection of players from 2 or so divisions up in the reserves who would make good loan signings. I fail to see the problem?

How it works.

1. Advertise scouting job at job centre.

2. Employ one (or more) of the carp blokes that apply.

3. Send them to wherever you are allowed to send them.

4. Attempt to sign anyone they think us any good.

5. Give up on attempting to sign anyone they think is any good, and settle for a few carp fat blokes.
