First save on FM2007 (7.0.0). Loaded all leagues on from: Belarus, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukrain and Serbia.
Asked Frank where I should go, he says: "Gaz Metan in Romania you fool!". So there I go.
Season 2006/07
Board: Respectable league position
Managed to do crap. Got relegated and sacked in march. Gaz Metan finished 16th out of 18 teams in Romanian Divizia B 2 with 37 points from 10 wins and 7 draws in 34 matches played. this is 3 wins and some draws more we recorded under my helm.
Got a job at Kastoria in Greek Beta Ethniki three days later.
Board: Fight bravely against relegation
We managed to pull up to 15th spot out of 18 just in time to avoid relegation. Thus, fortunes turned around, I thought. Still only 9 wins and 12 draws in 24 matches proved that we need some improvement.
Season 2007/08
Board: Fight bravely against relegation
Surprisingly still at Kastoria and surprisingly doing well above expectations. Not falling in danger whole season, despite only 10 wins + 8 draws in 34 matches. Finished in 12th spot though, with point less than last season. Not too happy about that, but what the hell, we did our job.
Season 2008/09
Board: Fight bravely against relegation
Thought we found some gems. They proved ****. Keeper turned shyte as well. Could win if we were 4-0 up and unsurprisingly got the boot in mid March (again). Kastoria went on and finished dead last (18th) with 7 wins and 9 draws.
15 days later, Zawisza 2 from Polish II Liga came offering me a job. I accepted.
Board: Respectable league position
Zawisza was 11th when I joined. Some tactics remodeling saw us going on winning streak (lost 1 till the end of the season) and rise up to 2nd spot to secure promotion \o/. In 34 matches, we won 17 and drew 11 and had gd +33 :eek:.

Season 2009/10
Board: Stay clear of relegation
Signed some prospective looking players. One proved as a gem (Ukrainian 19yo DL) and started playing regularly in first team. We played excellent (for newly promoted team) and we finished 7th with 11 wins and 6 draws in 30 matches played. I started to prepare my team for next season, when I saw that Poland got extra spot in UEFA Cup. Apparently we were top of Polish fair play table and thus got the spot in UEFA cup \o/. MONEY \o/
Season 2010/11
Board: Stay clear of relegation
We started **** and couldn't win any, even though our best striker was top notch and banging goals in UEFA Cup. We beaten Welsh Caernafron 4-0 on aggregate, only to lose in second qualifying round to Genk 2-4 on agg. Nice bundle of money arrived though. Due to poor performance and because, no matter what I did, seemed not to be working better or worse, I resigned in the end of November 2011.
In the beginning of December, I got a job offered from Kosice in Slovak Corgon Ligy.
Board: Rebuild the squad
Kosice were already in relegation group where 4 out of 8 teams get relegated. I did us proud and won 1 and drew 5 in 14 matches played and thus securing us last spot and relegation to II. Ligy.
Season 2011
Board: We want promotion
Got the boot before the league kicked off. Probably because of last year relegation.
Two days later, however, I got a call from KamAZ that play in Russian Pervyy Divizion.
Board: Respectable league position
Got to KamAz, that was sitting 15th out of 22. We managed to play hot cold and then add some fire ath the end to finish 12th with 16 wins and 11 draws out of 42 matches played.
Season 2012
Board: Safe mid-table position
Media: 9th
Brought some decent looking youngsters from our Latvian feeder club on scouts recommendation. Most played in u18s though, one promoted to first team and doing excellent. We started OK and then played even better siting at third spot in the middle of the season. However, our form sank like a ten ton rock in the water (mostly due to injuries) and saw us drop down to 9th. With not even theoretical chances of promotion, we turned about and won last 5 matches, losing only to CSKA in the cup 3-5 on agg.
Thus, we endeth 6th with 20 wins and 12 draws out of 42 played.
Board are being tight arses and are lowering the number of staff I can have. Had to sack a coach and a scout, because they didn't allow us to offer more to those without contract.
