Season 2016/2017

Board: Safe mid-table position
Media: 8th 8out of 16)

Started poorly, but regained some form and went to winter break as 7th. improvements were obviously working.
Then some slump of form followed to a point where we lost 0-5 to arch rivales at home with only 9 men left on the field. I think that 2 of the players got 6, others 5 and majority 4. i fined all below 6 and got the sack.

Went on a holiday for a month, then applied at Rovigo. Little did I know that there were only 3 rounds left, so I went on vacation for a week, without return when job offered.

Board: Stay clear of relegation
Media: 18th (out of 18)

So, I joined after the 32nd match of the season. We were sitting dead last with 4 points behind playout spot and two matches to go. I set up the only tactics that suited the team and tweaked it a lot and...
...we won our next match 2-1 \o/. Unfortunately so did the only team with which we were fighting for playouts. Relegation . Resigned immediately.

Will see what future brings me.

After a month of unemployment, Romania calls on me again. This time CFM Universitatea Cluj - Napoca or U Cluj if you want it short in Romanian Divizia B 1 (2nd division).

Season 2017/2018

Board: respectable league position
Media: 3rd

When I took over, a team just finished the season in 12th spot in 2nd division. I looked at a team and it looked way better as what I had at Gaz Metan. Thus, I only brought a young DM from KamAZ and promoted some prospective looking youngsters from second team. More oddly as I had more than 2M EUR to spend.
Season started terrific and we found ourselves top of the table only to go into terrible run that saw us fall to 9th spot. We then miraculously upped our form to gain 4th spot again, but another slump in form followed. We never recovered since and ended 10th with 13 wins, 11 draws, 10 defeats and gd +16 :eek:.

Board is now satisfied with me. Our first and only capable GK left on free (i put him in 2nd team after he signed pre-contract) and best striker left for 1.5M EUR. Thus, next season will be hard.

Season 2018/2019

Board: respectable league position
Media: 2nd (out of 18)

Either I am pessimist, or media prediction is shyte. I mean 2nd? With the squad I was left with, I was hoping for mid table season. it is true, that I had loads of money to spent, but no decent player wanted to join. Specially a much needed GK and DC.
Thus, we started worse than my predictions, sitting dead last without a win in 6 matches. We than thrashed some poor souls 4-1 and form got a tad better. It was more than obvious that our keepers and some defenders suck and that we lack depth. Thus, we ended season 10th with 13 wins, 8 draws and 13 defeats and 47 points in 34 matches played. Goal difference was surprisingly high (+12).
Our top striker was a 19yo ROM who got in amazing 15.

Needless to say, this result ****ed of our board. They are disappointed with the result and thus, I may find myself on the dole in the break.

Mind you, I will try to lure in some GK by then.
