In my current save as Fisher Athletic I'm midway through my first season and Sheffield United have offered me <central defender X> for free. I don't see what it does to break any LLM regulations, but it does seem a tad unrealistic especially since the Blades are based in, well, Sheffield, and Fisher are based a few hundred miles down the M1 in South London.

Am I allowed to accept this request or is it against the LLM way?

Well it's not something you see everyday, but then again stranger things have been known. I'd say it would be far more unrealistic to look this gift horse in the mouth.

I always thought these offers were like the AI's version of the "Offer to Clubs" command. In other words, don't feel special - every team probably got the same offer.

It is pod, and it would be highly unlikely he'd want to move to Fisher from Sheffield United, unless you've really progressed.

Plus you'll need to scout him, or you won't know if he is a donkey like on Blackpool beach or a Donkey like a former Arsenal centre back.

Fair enough, I think I'll use the phrase "let your conscience be your guide" and turn down the offer. To be honest I wouldn't expect him to sign on any kind of dotted line on the tissue paper I would offer him called "a contract", and if he did I would suspect unrealism really.
