I know that in LLM you can only sign players you have scouted but can you sign players from other countries who's stats show up without scouting? I signed 4 guatemala internationals (cheap and old). Is this allowed?

Forgive my suspicious nature, but in the last few weeks you've posted in the GPG, T&T and Editor's forums. Before anybody answers, are you really playing an LLM game?
i spent about 4 months doing a game with rushden which took me to the championship. i unfortunately lost this game when my comouter was taken in for servicing. i was incredibly ****ed off and unforgivably fell to cheating. This is why i have posted in these forums but i have tried to ressurect my game and do another one.
Let's pretend for a minute that you are indeed the manager of a football team. You've heard that 4 Guatemalan international players are available. Leaving aside the fact that FM lets you see all their stats, I'm not sure Guatemalan football has such a high visibility in the world that you would know how good they were.
Would you sign these old Guatemalans without at least asking someone to have a look at them? In at least one competitive game?

Still, Some good information there. I've been pretty peeved for a while now that my board won't let me hire another 40 quid per week coach, but they will let me give another player (that I currently don't need) a cool grand per week.
