just wondering if anyone else has noticed the jump in quality between the BSN and the BSP. Im finding this a really pleasing aspect of the game as the game progresses through the years. In previous editions of the game, i found that a team that would romp home with the conf north would do likewise in the conf and only really be halted in league one or two, however (and must i say nicely surprised) i'm finding that this is not the case in FM08. Indeed more to the point im realising and developing whole new stratgies off the field to build longer term success. i.e. going through a rough season after promotion gives the prudent manager time to cut back on the wage bill/reduce debt if needed and build up expierince for yth etc etc etc and so forth.
all in all finding this years helping so much more satisfying, and part of that is due to the forum on here too. its great reading other aspiring managers of lower league clubs depressing and agonising over the same issues that have been making me feel like its more than a game at times lol.
p.s. the wife officially confirmed herself as a FM widow, does she have legal rights over my computer time? having ongoing marital issues over her right to play some daft game bout imaginary people in houses/ decorating etc yadda yadda yadda. surely FM takes presidence?
