Clubs with b teams such as barcelona, real madrid and valencia cannot offer players out to clubs due to the command button being replaced with "Demote". There is space at the bottom of the players contract page to add this feature. Simple but would make a big difference.

it's a bit early mate but i agree it is a great idea reserve and b teams are good so with injurys and suspensions you can put them in the reserves or b team and bring up another player youth teams is another good idea
