I've got Fog of War turned off and i'm Barcelona and I can't find players like Gareth Bale, why is this? About club, again im Barca but how come I can't view teams lower than the Premiership in England?

Fog of War hides player attributes, not the actual players.

Teams below Prem (like Southampton in championship) will not be available because they are not in the active nation, and not a major league outside it (hench no bale)

So if im in Spain it won't find players like Bale and if im in England I won't find players in the Spanish 2nd division right? Is there anyway to change this?

If the game has loaded those specific players, go to Home>Clubs>Continent>Country>Club and then scout that player and they should then show up on player search. If theyr not there then bad luck...

So its random what players are loaded then? If so it's pretty stupid. I'm Barca and I went to Clubs and can't even find Southampton?

The PSP doesn't have enough memory to store as many clubs as you might like. I'm a bit bewildered by the clubs chosen for non-active leagues (as you say, you can't find Southampton but a few non-league sides are there, and it's not like Southampton haven't got any talented youths) but the gist of it is as follows:

The PSP is limited by RAM. Hence, the game will load all the necessary teams for the league you select, plus any necessary teams from around the world. Generally, in other leagues these will be top flight teams. The players from outside your league are loaded depending on their ability and potential (which is why I'd have expected Bale to be in there), it's not random, and it's not stupid either - it's unfortunate reality.
