I've jsut been crowned A-League Champions for the first time, yet, I've finished first 6 times before, why have I been crowned A-League Champions now and not before?

what exactly do u mean by "crowned champions"?
ie. did u get an email, did it show up in manager profile, etc?
And could it be because u only won the minor premiership (ie. league) and not the finals series?

I found this aswell when managing in Australia that no league wins were listed in manager profile despite winning league and series final.

I've had it once, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with winning it before the New Year Though.

i find that as well!! bit crap, coz ive won the league 7 seasons running at a canter, with like, double the points of any other team almost!! yet it says only 1 league title which i got for my 1st, and like 10 cups. is it maybe if you win the league then the grand final, you only get a cup, but if you both league and cup u only get a cup registered onn your profile? whatever, it sucks!!

incidentally how awsome a squad can u build with an a league team? mine is perth glory, and ive got crazy players fighting to come to me!! bit strange again.... and not so realistic.

wait, i need to edit what i said there! i meant, league and grand final = cup league and no grand final win - just a league title. does that make sense?

You mean some of u guys actually got a league title to show up in Aus? Im only getting cups for everything...no league titles
