has anyone got a problem because i've been manager of east stirling in scotland and no players ever come through the academy but other teams bring the odd player through please could you tell me why this is happening and please help me thanks

Full squad maybe? At melb victory i had to cope with about 20 a season cos i had a relatively small squad. Id check them as soon as i got the news and if they were crap id release them and a few more would come in the next few days

As Melbourne Victory, I got a few world class youngsters, others were just crap.

The one player I got was in Porto, 17 year old MF, quite good. Loaned him out for 4 seasons, last time to Benfica, and he scored a Hatrick against Sporting which took them to top of table above me and was voted best young player

Burnham Forever

I had 2 brilliant young strikers with Burnham, both scored over 25 goals in conference, league 2 and league 1. But that data wont work any more so i had to start again on my new data i had loads of youth players but now i have a good squad size i dont get any more
