Aside from there being 3 times more Xbox users than PS3 at present, and PS3 struggling to sell it's target of 11m by next march until it's cheapo SKU's were released, how do you define stupid?

Not really - most stuff for PS3 outwith it's very small group of remaining exclusives is ported from Xbox 360, and is only likely to occur if the studio or developer can be bothered. PES3 being a prime example of why ported code is a bag of *****, it's awful on PS3.

A role reversal from when Xbox games were ported from PS2, but that's the reward of getting your product out on time.

Either way, I'm not sure I'd personally ever play FM on a console as it doesn't warrant it, I'm surprised time has been wasted on 360 version or even the PSP.

The point is at the current time the userbase is smaller but in 2 to 3 years will it still be smaller? If SI do make it for ps3 it will be 09 or even 10 that will be produced.

Yes they would have to write a new code probably but the basic function of the game will be easier to do then 360 as the pad has to be used.

He didn't mention 2-3 years time, he was refering to '08.

Further, I fail to see what the PS3 pad has to do with it, in 3 years time MS will have already replaced Xbox 360, and Sony will likely have something in their sights too, although they've already sold the PS3 processor fab to Toshiba as they can no longer afford to run it which is the result of low sales, so it might be a little longer before they even break even having gambled on BluRay.

It's just not a console game, it's the kinda thing I personally think sits just nicely on a PC or preferably laptop.

Its a shame given all the time i spend playing it i would have been a lot more comfortable sat in a sofa.

That said i have a 360 and i opted for the PC version of 07...
