the way i stopped this happening was to give the players less physical training,,

having said this i have the arobic bar just above medium it helps a lot...

i kind of like the fact that you have to rotate your sqaud (if you have 2 games in aweek etc) it adds realsim IMO

im sure ive seen Paul C saying this has been tweaked for the patch
