I understand you can ask your players to call a meeting to try and get round a spell of bad form (not sure how exactly). I have 3 games to go of the season and I'm currently in fourth place in the final champions league spot but I've seen the gap shrink down to one point between the chasing pack. We've been in the top 4 all season but we've hit a bad run at the worst possible time. Morale has been low since we drew with relegation fodder, then lost away to one of the chasers (not playing too badly) which we've followed up with a loss at home to a team battling relegation, a loss at the champions and I managed to fire them up for our last game but we just couldn't score and drew 0-0.

Is calling a meeting too drastic a step to take? Morale is mainly very poor but we haven't been playing too badly, just my main strikers are out of goals. Team mentality is highly determined. Pros and cons please.

how is it you manage to call a crisis meeting again? I did it in FM07 and was managing celtic in FM 08 a couple of seasons ago and hit a bad run of form which nearly cost me the league title and I looked for the option to call a team meeting but couldn't find it anywhere when i needed it...

the only time ive been able to hold a team meeting is if my assistant recomends one , also how do you access the feedback from the talk ?

select player interaction with the captain then ask him thats how it worked on 2007

If that's the case does it matter that my captain is currently out with damaged cruciate ligaments til next season? Will the vice captain do or will my captain get in a huff?

doesnt matter if your captain is injured he can still hold the meeting..

you can only ask your captain (i think)

Most players can chair the meeting I think, depending on the player you pick, you get will get a good or bad reaction.

I called one, got told it was a huge, unrivalled success.

Not one players morale moved, and we lost the next game.

That was worth it!
