I am the mighty Sport, and I just finished dispatching the lowly (but amusingly named) Sampaio CorrĂȘa in the Copa do Brasil. In the first leg I lost three players to long-term injury, and the referee awarded no cards. In the second leg I lost another three to long-term injury. I'm looking at one month without six of my starters, and two months without four of them. I would like to be able to complain, to the media, that the referee isn't protecting my players. It wouldn't do anything, sure, but it would give my rage some kind of outlet. Maybe the CBF could agree with me that referees need to be stricter with violent play, or tell me that there was nothing wrong with the challenges that put half my team out of action, but either way I would at least be able to express my unhappiness.
That just happened to me as well. I lost 3 and 2 players in 2 games for 1 week - 2 months. The first match was ok since the opponents got so many bookings (but no red). But the second one was just bad.
I wish there's also a way to accuse your opponent of playing dirty tactics.

Exactly. I thought of that after I made my initial post. I would be just as satisfied (i.e., slightly happy that I had expressed my impotent rage) if I could call my opponents brutes, butchers, criminals, or whatever after the match.
I'm pretty sure you could slag off your opposing manager in past versions of the game. You could certainly complain about a card-happy ref.
They've taken these out, for some reason. I hope they'll reappear soon as it's much more realistic (just watch the interviews on MOTD) even though it risks a touchline ban.
Incidentally, has anyone been fined by the FA for not controlling their players? Has there been any mass brawls in FM?
