How come when i change all stats to 20 for a player i made on editor, i then go on the game and his stats are all at 15? Also, because his CA is 200 does that mean he can no longer improve so his stats can't improve any further?

If you make him a younger player then his stats never start on 20. I don't believe that setting his CA to 200 means he can't improve either. You'd probably find in the game that becuase he's only young his CA is only 170 or so.

There's little point in having a 'super' player. The game balances itself out and allows some stats to be 20 but others will be lower, otherwise it would be unrealistic.

As I forgot to mention in my reply to your other post, CA is pre-set by game. It then either goes up or down dependent on a number of factors.

And more often than not if you set a player to have CA = 200 then the game will also straighten this out and set it to around 170, in order for some improvement to still occur.

And no, as far as I know, a player won't get any better once he reaches 200 CA. But that's not to say that every player with a PA of 200 will reach that potential.
