I got this question about coaches and training:
You get this huge list of players that you can buy, is it the same with coaches?
I mean, i'm looking for some decent coach to get some better attacking stats of my forwards, so should I go to every single team and click on their coaches etc...or should I just place an advert and wait for coaches to apply for the job?
Or is there a list with available coaches?
if u click player search then u can click on staff search. just use the filter to remove coaches that dont wanna move to u and that have undesired stats.
also if u wanna make it easy for u there is an exellent way to get coashes come to u. put an advert in a newpaper and they will contact u if they wana work with u.
to do so :
manager
jobs
jobs centre
lower left corner : place advert
I never use the job advert bit, you can find better coaches yourself.
There is a list with available coaches, go to staff search and change the filter to 'unemployed' and all the unemployed coaches will be listed, you can then click on the column to sort by reputation 'world class to unproven'. That would be a list of the best to worst coaches available.
Then use the filter to find the best coach for each training schedule, for example - change the filter to only list coaches with 'attack coaching' of 20. If there is nobody on the list go back to the filter and change the option to 'attack coaching' 19 and so on a so forth etc. etc.
Eventually you will find the best coaches available to you and without a transfer fee and they usually take lower wages. If you are a big club you may not need to worry about the unemployed option because you'd probably be able to pay the transfer.

Yeah, but I like getting them cheap , I usually try to buy unproven coaches so I need the reputation sorted. An unproven coach with 20 attack coaching will still cost about 275 pounds a week, a different reputation and you'll be paying 1k to 5k a week extra, maybe more. With 8 or 9 coaches this method saves me a lot of cash.
As I said though, if your a big club the money thing may not matter so much.
