I am playing as Leeds who have no reserve fixtures (1st season) is their an option to enter a reserve league in subsequent seasons

you normally get a request for resever and youth every year as the season begins.

My team Torquay are always the same, never have either to save money but the option always comes up

The option should always come up, I guess Leeds aren't entered in real life in the first season although I could be wrong.

You'll be asked at the end of the season if you want to enter a team in next seasons reserve league\under 18 league. Until this happens the only thing you can do is arrange lots of friendlies for your reserves so they get match fit and practice.
