I'd sell. He's causing disharmony, or at least it sounds like it. While he's your captain I'd imagine you have alternatives and you can no doubt get someone better than him for £20m.

No one is making an offer at all. I'm just gonna see if anyone does, I dont't have to sell him, but it's nice to know I can get some quick cash from a sale if needed.

Its been my experience that not many clubs will pay that kind of money for a player not even clubs like chelsea. Most players will try to get him on the cheap. try reducing the price a bit see if that gets their interest.

wait till you get an offer...then that shows hes wanted....tell them you want about a time and a half what they offered and youl usualy get it
