Hi i have potentially great players between the ages of 16 and 19 , however i'm wondering what is the best way to give them experience to get as close as possible to they're potential??? i mean in the sense of do i just throw them into the champs league final and hope the do well or play them against small teams in the domestic cups??? , anyone got any ideas!?

Get some brilliant coaches, give the a high training workload, get an established player to tutor them and yes, do give them the odd first team game.

I tend to play mine in Carling Cup and early FA Cup games, I also give them a run about late in the season from time to time. Sending them out on loan is great too, just make sure they are playing.
