The game has the potential to be great but is let down by a match engine that is so unrealistic so biased in favour of the AI which means constantly getting unfair results.

There are many others out there who have recently voiced same opinions, so it is a general concern, but enough is enough for me i am sick of trying to get good players who then play good football and create great chances, just to find not being able to score, where the opposition can with ease, the opposition can walk through your players, play perfect passes and crosses and constantly do things which their stats suggest otherwise.

I will have a look at the next patch ( even though patches should not be needed to this extent) and i expect to be impressed, or else i may head down to the police station because seems someone has robbed me of £25 or however much this ' game ' cost.

You are not going to get a match engine which perfectly reflects real life. If it was it would accruatally predict the result of real life matches. Impossible to tell the future. Even if they tune it so there is less high scoring games you then get people coming in saying "But Man Utd beat Roma 7-1, Arsenal beat Slavia Prague 7-0 etc."

The fact is this is a game. Not a 100% accruate score predictor. If you don't want to play fine. But i think your expectations of what a GAME should be is extremly high.

I know it is going to be impossible to reflect real life, and that is not the complaint. It is not the fact i want it to be exactly like real life. I want a game engine where i can have a fair shot at, without constantly being frustrated by bugs and a match engine that makes the AI play like the best team in the world when they want too.
