I've just started playing FM2007 and I'm rather surprised that none of the Prem teams have their team crests- whilst the lower Championship and Leagues 1 & 2 do...

Why is this? And, more importantly- is there anywhere that I can download all the Prem crests without having to waste several hours I could be playing the game hunting them down?!

The reason there aren't any logos is due to licensing, the costs would out way the benefits, not only that the game takes long enough to install as it is, it's unfair on people with lesser computers.
