Open my computer, documents & settings, sports interactive, football manager 07, create a folder and call it graphics drop your pictures in there (you could even make a face pack, logo, kits folder inside of that so it makes it easier to know what you have).

Once you've made the folder etc, open the game up, click on options, preferences, untick the skin cache option, and then tick the always reload on confirm, then click confirm, wait a few seconds and they should all show up.

If the file you downloaded is in a .rar file, you'll have to go to download.com and get a program called winrar, once installed right click on the .rar file and click extract here, the folder it creates is the one you want to put in the graphics folder.

Thanks for the reply. Is it a case of just downloading a image of a player from google and putting it into the game or is it more complex than that? if so, how do i do it?

Best bet if get them from graphics sites, like www.sortitoutsi.net people do it all for you, so you just download, extract the .rar file and carry on with the above, first time it always looks a bit tough but it gets easier.
