One problem I've found is that after clicking on continue the large box in the middle which shows the scores while the game is processing shows a large AC Milan badge. Not sure why this is? I'm not managing them either. Bit annoying thou. Other than that, great stuff!

After the fact that FM 2007 have been released, there was a lot of files which were published by CFF and and other sites from rest of the world. I couldn't understand what you want to tell excatly but there are hundreds backgrounds in the pack such as teams, players, competitons etc... You must activate "Show Background Pictures" from Preferences/Display & Sound for effect to game...
