This is such a noobish question but I just got this thing. Once I open my picture how do I get it onto the background I created?

for a render that is cut:
1.ctrl + A (select all)
2.ctrl + c (copy)
3.ctrl + v (paste)
simple as that!!
then to resize it press ctrl + t (free transform), and then as your resizing ur render, hold shift to maintain pixel ratio

or you can just drag it into the sig the with move tool when the render is selected.
