My main concern is I don't know alot about computers, and woried if I download skins, it might corrupt my saved games. Is this possible?

its not possible. the worst thing that could happen is that the game cannot find the skin.

My personal favourite is SleekFM v2.3, which is a dark skin but looks really good.

The Inverno skin is my favorite. I've always loved heretic, but can't live without the arrows..
