can anybody tell me what fernando torrse, luis garcia and atletico madrid proper name on the editor so i can move garcia and torres to there new clubs without using the editor because i cannot get the editor to work

when the editors is loading the database it crashes at loading players i only have the load all languages icon ticked in the options i want the command line for future transfer so torres will move to liverpool for 20 million

you need to have all boxes ticked and your pc in a well ventilated place or it will close. your pc will shut down programmes to keep cool this is probably why it wont load its a common problem

how much RAM is needed to load the editor i have 256mb

When loading the Editor it says:

"For optimal performance it is recommended that you use the FM 2007 Data Editor on a high-end machine with at least 512MB RAM or more"

The database itself is about 250MB ! Doesn't look like your machine has what it takes... I don't know if it helps to increase Virtual Memory - maybe you could try that..

it can load it with 256 ram but it takes ages my old machines loaded it with 256 but my 512 one loades in in seconds.

Now, I have a Danish version of Windows XP, so I'll try with a mix of my memory of the English version and translation..

Right-click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings -> Advanced -> Virtual Memory

Now you can change the size of the Page File. Make sure you have enough disk space!
