I want to change my clubs transfer budget, and I can't find the editor. How do I change the budget?

Have a look in start all program, sports interactive it should be in there.

If your still having problems try a fresh install with the latest patch see if that helps.

I had the same problem but heres how I found it :

Start - Search - All files and folders - type in fm data editor and it comes up Dont aks me howe I worked this out lol
