Go to "competitions" on the left after loading the database, then search for the premier league, once you find it, there will be tabs with different options, go to "teams", at the bottom of the page is a button saying "swap", simply highlight the team you want to swap ie, West Ham, then a new searchbar will appear, type in "celtic", select the correct one from the list...
BAM! its done, just repeat everything from the "team" page for rangers", Its that easy, just remember to save the database in a new name, and remember to load that one when the game asks you which one to load!
