Hi guys I have just tried creating a DDT file to load all players for a specific club. Although It doesnt seem to work. In the preferences section it shows the DDT file listed along with Hardchester players but the database just doesnt reflect the DDT file I have created. Any ideas, on why it hasnt worked as far as I know its just a case of creating a notepad file saving as DDT and putting it the correct directory but as yet no luck

What are the contents of the DDT file? Hard to help if you don't provide details..

"RETAIN_PLAYERS" "RIVER PLATE"

Saved as a DDT file in the same location as the hardchester ddt file

Try any of:

# Long Name
"RETAIN_PLAYERS" "River Plate"

# Short Name
"RETAIN_PLAYERS" "River"

# Unique ID
"RETAIN_PLAYERS" 94

All should definitely work. You have to remember to be careful with case sensitivity.

Hello The edge, do you mean:-longname = as in the club longname.

Yes, I'm referring to the club's long name.

When you work with the official Editor, you have "Name" (which I call Long Name) and "Short Name". Both should work.
