how can you undo any edits you did i.e. I changed Utd's transfer budget and changed their kit, and it's taken effect, however now I want to start fresh and want their transfer budget back to normal and their normal kits back, do I delete and install the latest weegie update again?

Either way you'll need the original database.

If those are the only two things you've edited, than deleting/restoring the original database is the easiest way.

If you've edited more stuff, which you don't wish to lose, I'd suggest to save your new database under a different name, restore the original, load it and note the original values for Man Utd, then go back to your new database and change the values accordingly.
