I have done some editing of the English and Scottish Leagues to update the divisions and squads.

However, when it now comes to starting a new game, I can no longer start a game in the English leagues! The english league option is not even on the left hand side to tick when it comes to starting a new game. Scottish league is fine to start a game.

Any help would be much appreciated!

What sort of editing did you do?

The common error would be if you have been moving clubs between divisions, that you didn't make sure that the number of clubs in the divisions is as expected.

i had the same problem after i added toronto fc into the MLS. But isnt there a way to add teams and not just swap them?

No, as league sizes are hardcoded within the game

Say you're in the EPL, for example, there MUST be 20 teams in there, any different and it just won't work (sorry I don't know specifics), it's just the way the game is coded.
