there is a way to do away with all foreingners rules and work permit problems in fm2007 i never play with these.

in the editor you could tick the box for every country that says 'is member of EU' or whatever it says, this is fine for european leagues, but might be a problem in other continents if they have different rulings, not sure, although one thing i did notice when i tried once, lots of mediocre brazilians playing in the lower english leagues
