hello, i'm going to create a complete usa database, this is my idea:

i want to use the inactive nations to create a league for each of these competition (that's because in usa there isn't a relegation/promotion system)

example:
yugoslavia ---> USL1 (nation name)
c.i.s. ---> USL2

ecc ecc

the problem is to find leagues without relegation, because the teams promoted must be the same nation of the league (in this case USL1 is the name NATION).

there is a way to stop relegation or to get promoted teams of different nation?

for now i've found these leagues without relegations:

holland (2div)
scotland (4div)
sout korea (2div)
singapore (1div)
australia (1div)

anything else?

Use Belgium. It's the best possible setup for this. And instead of making it American, make it a Canadian league.
