Hi people. I am Juventus coach in 2016 and Trezeguet, Del Piero, Nedved, Camoranesi retired from football and i can't have them as trainers.
Do you know how could I take them back to train my team?

Unfortunatley i dont think there is ayway, they probably retired with no desire to stay in the game.

I didn't know i had to tell them to stay.

As they get older if you look at player profile they will tell you therer desires...some players may say 'deffintly not going to stay in the game once his football days are over'

or some may say ' looking to take up a coaching role to lead upto management'

If you look at these comments you can then go to player interaction and say things like ' you think he has the mental toughness to be a manager'

and stuff like that, and this can help them stay in the game...if players say they have no desire to stay in the game then its hard to get them to be coaches

Beckham for example, i had to keep saying from the time the game started to him finally wanting to stop in the game when he retired aged 37, all teh way through he sad he had no intrest no hes my ass man at real.

ok, but i didn't know that and didn't do anything to let them stay, so they retired and i'd like to have them back
