I felt the last version with needing to get 8-9 coaches to get you max stars, it was the most unfootball thing about the game! more like a puzzle. Once its complete you have teh best training.
From what i can tell in the demo its seems to be teh same, but there is now more stars to get!!
Please someone tell me its different, a gamer or a Si person, i have searched and cant see any posts on teh subject
I was hoping that the foumlar for getting say a max stars in attacking, would be impossible to work out. And that only getting the man in would you see if in was 4-5. Or now 5,6-7
The last version was silly that you had to get 9 coaches to get your max stars.
Looking at the prem, on this version most have 6 1st team coaches, with liverpool the only 1 to have 8.
I'm hoping with more game time i will see that it really resticts you to the number of coaches so you have to choose what areas of training you want to be the best

good/great players will always come good no matter what the club like
Not one thing in those two sentences was accurate.
Si HAVE made improvements to the match engine (football side of the game) - if you'd played the demo you would know that.
Saying that any type of player will come good irrespective of the club they are at and therefore making the inference that training has a minimal effect on players progression is so wrong as to be laughable.
