I think your right have been testing the 442 normal default tactic and it works very well. Like you only changing the forward arrows for home and away games. They seem to be far more consistent than the downloaded tactics.

Yes, basic tactics can achieve a decent amount of success for top class teams, but if you don't have the best players in the world, it wont work. Plus, if you really want to win every trophy out there you need to get a little more complex, i would regard myself as a simple tactician. But by that i mean i only implement to the level of complexity that i myself can understand, i understand nothing about cross from and how you can perfect it, so i leave it alone. Its easy :cool:

Yes I've tried it myself with a middle class team. Results can be wildly inconsistent & unpredictable 3-0 away win then 4-0 home loss etc.
