Coaches - How many to assign?
Hi all,
Although I have 4 or 5 star ratings for each of the training categories, i always assign only one coach per category. Do you benefit from having more than one coach on the role, even if it doesn't effect the star rating?

I usually assing one coach to each area, then have extra coach who is assigned to all the areas.

If the workload is light and allocating another coach does not put the stars up, then there is no point in having more than one.
