Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Keeping Training Arrows Green?

Hi,
Despite have a very moderate Cardiff City side
I have managed to get City hovering between top and third place approaching Christmas 2007 in my second season.

I had a great run of five wins during which I had all players responding well in training in there respective fields.
But now though I see a general malaise in play, where we were scoring we are now blasting over or wide from good postions. In that time I've also seen green arrows turn turn to orange and red despite not touching any sliders I've formed previously.
I'm expected to stay clear of relegation and was 150-1 to win Championship and that might appear accurate odds now as I've lost my last three and now 4th. How can I get players responding better in training and returning them red arrows back to green.

Attributes that are affected by training will not always go up and will fluctuate from time to time, dependant on several factors like tiredness, playing time, injuries or knocks, where you are in the season and of course the quality of your coaches and training facilities.

It is best to look at attributes over a full season rather than worry about them on a week to week basis.
