I only let in 20 goals in the Prem which I feel is pretty good.

Funny, i was just going to post about how good all the players match stats were, when this happened?.



Keeper got a 4 and everyone else got a 5.

Unbelievable game in which Kevin Doyle and Leroy Lita ran the show, hardly world beaters are they?. Both players were waltzing past my DC's woth ease, even though i had Curtis Davies and Mathew Upson who matched their pace with their own, both 17 for pace and accellaration.

I fined the keeper for his 4 and warned the other 10, who all but Tevez admitted they were poor!.

This is one of my main gripes with the game, as the stats show we were'nt particularly poor, matching or bettering them in many areas of the game, yet Doyle and Lita both looked like Ronaldinho, whilst Tevez who has similar stats to the Brazilian, was made to look more like Ronald Mcdonald?.

Oh and i forgot to add, just to rub some more salt in the wound, Iversen took a knock in the 93rd minute and is now out for 2 months!.

Just had this against Manure who are top of the table.



An early 30 yard free kick followed by another 30 yarder from G Neville thanks to a deflection off my DC.

Not often you see that kind of domination against Manure, sadly we could'nt score from 3 or 4 yards out.

This is why i continue to rate 07 as the worst i've ever played in the series, there is such a massive air of inevitability about it that there is almost no fun factor or playability?.

That was hardly a disappointing performance against man utd? You matched them in terms of attacking prowess and you kept the ball much better. Played really well.

That Reading gane though The game is massively flawed. Don't worry about that freak result really.

To be fair Hammer you just fined your goalkeeper and warned all of your first team for poor performance. This is going to have a massive bearing on moral, which does have too much of an effect on the game.

If you now continue to say you're dissapointed when the team loses games it's going to very difficult to recover from.

Just out of interest when you lose a game do you normally say to the team that you're dissapointed? Or do you sympathise with them or even tell them you're pleased with their performance, despite the result?

I ask because since I stopped shouting at my players altogether I've noticed an improvement in form over the season. I rarely go on osing streaks because I encourage my team rather than shout at them and this seems to have a good effect on moral.
I'm not saying it should work this way, and for me this is a small problem with the game. Sometimes the players probably could do with a shouting at, but moral has a big effect and in my experience it can easily snowball and you soon find your strikers missing chances and your team going on a losing streak.
