It depends how you want your lone striker to play.

From my experience, off the ball is the most important attribute (and finishing of course). They dont 'have' to be fast to play on their own, they dont 'have' to be strong and good in the air like some people think.

I like to have an all round striker if possible cus it gives you options. But if their off the ball is poor, they generally wont find much space or lose their marker, leaving your attacking option pretty limited.
