Some of us believe that scouts find players' attributes too soon. But I don't think the solution is to hide those attributes a couple of months too, it's not an athomic task. So I have an idea, surely not too original:
when a scout watches a player, he will make an idea of that player, and that idea will be more accurate as the player gets more scouted. It can be done in some ways:
-Saying an attribute is bad, middle or good.
-Displaying close values (3-6, 12-16 ....)
-Choosing a value, but maybe that value will be wrong.
The better the scout, the faster and more accurate the reports will be.
Also, with young players the scout should have an idea of the maximums of the attributes for those players, plus the potential expected.
