As the titles says, I need a goalkeeper. I have 29m to spend. Should I get Oscar Ustari, Vincent
Enyeama and Igor Akinfeev?

Depends on your financial situation. Vincent Enyeama would would an alright buy if you've not a lot of money. Oscar Ustari is very nice and Igor Akinfeev is also a decent buy, but they'll set you back a little..
I'd probably plump for Igor.. Second in close would be Oscar

Decided on Akinfeev but i just found Sebastien Frey. Is he any good?

| Yep, Frey is very good as well. But his eccentricity stats are very high which is never too good. Also I dont like my GK to have high rushing out stats either. And he has that. Not to mention, he's around 27 (still got around 8-9 years in him though).
Get Frey if you need someone to become your number 1 straight away. Akinfeev is still young and although still does very well, can make a few mistakes in the first year where he's still learning.

Bid for both. I'll buy the one for whom I get the better deal. Right now, Fiorentina is asking 19.5m and CSKA is asking 20m. Expensive.

Akinfeev is amazing against me but not so good when I buy him. Ustari is good but not great. My advice would be Mariano Barbosa. Better thasn Ustari in my experince, even kept a regen with 20 in all goalkeeping stats out.
