i am playing as arsenal and for 2 seasons my scouts never ever find any players with more than 3 or 4 stars, only ronaldo who had 6. does anyone else have this????

Try sending them out on assignments to U-18 tournament etc..

take a look at the scouts, if they have low Judging Potential Ability and low Judging Current Ability then they will be poor results.

The stars are relative to your squad so if your squad has world class players then that's the highest you're going to get.

4 stars mean they are at your club standard, so they are very good players. 3 stars is good-okish players. and i believe arsenal to have a great squad

i see, i didnt realise that it was in comparison to my team. that clears things up. i knew about the judging potential attributes, all on 18's and 19's. but thanks lads
